How long does it take to get a home loan approved & settled?

It depends on the lender and the current workflow. But for us, it takes 2 minutes for the champion broker to match you with the right finance broker in our platform. But it’s not possible for us to guarantee that you will get an approval or funding for a lender.

How long does the process take?

Complete the matching process in less than 2 minutes. After that, you will get contacted by your exclusive broker within the hour, sometimes within 15 minutes. From there the time it takes to get the loan approved will vary.

Will Champion Broker charge me anything for the service?

No. The service is completely free to all Residential Clients in Australia. If you end up getting your home loan from a matched lender then Champion Broker earns a commission. Unlike traditional brokers, you get charged exactly the same amount through Champion Broker as if you went direct to the lender.

Does Champion Broker have direct relationships with the lenders?

Will Champion Broker perform any credit checks?
